1. Your shipping provides no means of online tracking of the delivery. The email you forwarded has a button for tracking; but redirects to an error message.
2. When phoning your office, your staff did not return my call as promised after “the person who deals with this is unavailable and will phone you”.
3. When phoning in after you did not return my call, I was aghast with a response of “that was not me”. As a client, blame-shifting within your organisation is only aggravating a client to the next level.
PS. The product was delivered, eventually, and 100%.
4. You do not issue invoices and VAT invoices for that matter to a business client. Could you please update your online purchasing system to do so?
