Orders and Shipping

Deliveries take 3-5 business days. Deliveries start at 2pm until the last order is delivered. Regret no deliveries on Sundays.

If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that: You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase. You produce your original Friedman & Cohen invoice (receipt) when you return the item.

Select Your Products: Browse through our online store and select the items you wish to purchase. Add them to your cart.

Proceed to Checkout: Once you have all your items in your cart, click on the “Checkout” button.

Fill in Your Details: On the checkout page, fill in all the necessary information such as your name, shipping address, and contact details.

Select a Payment Method: Scroll down to the payment methods section, you should see an option to pay via PayFast. Click on the PayFast option.

Select TymeBank 3 Payment Option: After you’ve selected PayFast, a new set of options will appear. Among these options, choose the TymeBank 3 payment option.

Confirm Your Order: Review your order to make sure all the details are correct, including the items in your cart, your shipping details, and your selected payment method. If everything is correct, click on the “Place Order” or “Proceed” button.

Redirect to PayFast: You will now be redirected to the PayFast portal, where you will confirm your payment. Log into your TymeBank account when prompted.

Verify Payment Details: Verify the payment details one more time, including the total amount to be paid.

Authorize Payment: After verifying the payment details, authorize the payment to complete the transaction.

Return to the Store: After the payment is successfully processed, you will be redirected back to the store with a confirmation of your order.
