Description

Heavy duty cast iron round casserole dish ideal for making casseroles and stews. The dish is extremely durable and gives an even and efficient distribution of heat, cooking the food evenly and relatively quickly once warmed. With wide side handles and a wide round stainless steel central knob the dish is also easy to handle. Coated with a hygienic and impermeable quality vitreous enamel, with a Green exterior, the dish is safe to use in the oven, under the grill, on all hobs including electric, gas, ceramic, halogen and induction, as well as for solid fuel range cookers and cooker tops.
